Neoclassical Interior Design: 110 sqm Apartment

Discover a neoclassical interior design project where every detail contributes to creating an elegant and harmonious space. This renovation successfully integrates classic style with modern functionality.

## Neoclassical Design Concept This interior design project aimed for the complete renovation of a 110 sqm apartment in a refined neoclassical style. We focused on creating a bright and airy space with elements of timeless elegance. The goal was to blend the discreet opulence of neoclassical style with the demands of a contemporary lifestyle, ensuring both aesthetics and impeccable functionality for each space. The color palette was chosen to amplify brightness, with color accents personalizing the rooms. Through this renovation, we transformed an apartment into our client's dream home, reflecting sophisticated tastes and attention to detail.

## Carefully Selected Materials and Textures To emphasize the neoclassical aesthetic, we opted for high-quality materials and varied textures that add refinement to the project. Solid wood parquet flooring, laid in a herringbone pattern, brings warmth and authenticity. We used decorative profiles and cornices to accentuate the classic character. The walls are finished in neutral, bright tones, complemented by golden metallic accents and glass inserts that add modernity and openness. The furniture was chosen to combine comfort with elegant design, often featuring rich upholsteries and curved forms. This careful selection of materials and textures contributes to a luxurious yet inviting ambiance, transforming each space into a pleasant visual and tactile experience.

## Renovation Challenges and Solutions One of the main challenges in this renovation project was integrating specific neoclassical style elements into a 110 sqm space without cluttering it. The solution involved efficient space utilization through multifunctional furniture and smart storage solutions that blend discreetly into the design. Another challenge was balancing aesthetics and functionality, especially in high-traffic areas. We resolved this by choosing durable and easy-to-maintain materials without compromising the sophisticated look. Lighting played a crucial role in accentuating architectural details and creating an inviting atmosphere, using various light sources, from discrete spotlights to statement light fixtures. Strategic planning and close collaboration with the client were essential to overcome these challenges, resulting in a harmonious and tailored space.

## The Final Result: An Elegant and Functional Apartment The final result of this interior design project is a 110 sqm neoclassical apartment that impresses with its elegance and functionality. Each space was conceived to exude refinement, from the generous and bright living room, perfect for socializing, to the intimate relaxation areas. The renovation successfully blends traditional and modern elements, creating an interesting visual dialogue. Light colors, premium materials, and attention to detail contribute to a sophisticated and comfortable atmosphere. This project demonstrates Design First Studio's expertise in transforming clients' visions into reality, delivering a result that exceeds expectations and will remain relevant over time. It is an example of outstanding neoclassical renovation.
