## The Design Concept for a Revitalized Space This interior design project aimed to create a modern and functional space while preserving the architectural integrity of a property located in a protected historic area. We approached a complete renovation, considering every detail to ensure a perfect balance between aesthetics and utility. The focus was on intelligent space reorganization, integrating innovative solutions for daily comfort.
## Materials and Textures: Elegance and Durability The selection of premium materials and neutral colors, punctuated by vibrant accents, created a sophisticated atmosphere. We used durable materials that stand the test of time and harmoniously integrate with existing elements. Discreet wallpaper, chevron-style wooden flooring, and modern lighting fixtures contributed to defining a timeless style, adding refinement to each room.
## Challenges and Creative Solutions in a Protected Area Preserving the specific character of a protected historic area posed a significant challenge. We implemented a complete transformation of the installations, from electrical to hydro-sanitary, and refurbished the carpentry, adhering to strict standards. The addition of a master bathroom and the integration of a secret passage between the living room and master bedroom demonstrated our innovative approach to interior design, maximizing space functionality without compromising aesthetics. Every intervention was meticulously executed to respect and highlight the building's history.
## The Final Result: A Home Full of Style and Comfort The result is a modern, elegant, and highly functional home, where every design element was chosen to contribute to a superior living experience. From the decorative style to the chosen colors and materials, this interior design project reflects the craftsmanship and attention to detail of the Design First Studio team, offering the owners a personalized space with unique character.
